Shawn Donnille, OTA President and co-owner of Mountain Rose Herbs
Shawn is closely linked with the natural products industry in the state of Oregon through his company Mountain Rose Herbs, which is a processor and supplier of organic herbs, spices, teas and essential oils with both retail and bulk distribution divisions. His specialty is in riparian health and aquatic eco-systems and he assists the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife with their Salmon-Trout Enhancement Program and currently he oversees the Mountain Rose River Project which conducts water quality sampling, river monitoring, riparian restoration, and stream enhancement projects. |

Ann B. Kneeland, J.D., OTA Vice President
Ann is a solo practice attorney focusing on environmental, land use, and civil commitment law. She graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and is a member of Oregon and California (inactive) bars. She is a Eugene Planning Commissioner and a founding member of Seeking Out Democracy, a Junction City-based human dignity group. She is a strong advocate of equal access to justice. |

Melanie Bigalke
Melanie is the current Office Manager and Outreach Coordinator for Café Mam, a local importer of organic, fair-trade, shade-grown coffee. She graduated from Lewis and Clark College in 2005 and will begin her studies at the Bainbridge Graduate Institute in the fall of 2011, where she will pursue an MBA in Sustainable Systems. Melanie is also a Board Member of the Willamette Valley Sustainable Foods Alliance. |

Tom Dimitre, J.D.
Tom is a recent graduate from Willamette University College of Law. His practice focuses on civil rights, discrimination, employment and environmental law. Tom has worked as a union labor representative, is past Chair of the Oregon Chapter Sierra Club and has been Chair of the Rogue Group Sierra Club since 2000. Tom has been an environmental activist for 35 years and is currently working to make Ashland City Parks pesticide-free. |

Linda Fuller, Ph.D.
Linda has worked with and had leadership roles in a number of social justice, international solidarity, and environmental organizations since the 1970s. These include the Guatemalan News and Information Bureau, CISCAP (Committee in Solidarity with the Central American People), and PCUN (Pineros y Campesinos Unidos del Noroeste). She is currently a Professor of Sociology and Director of the International Studies Program at the University of Oregon. |

Carla Hervert, RN MS
Registered nurse and exercise physiologist. Currently working in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Carla has worked in the health care field for over 25 years. Former secretary for Oregon Track Club Masters (OTCM). |

Michelle Holman is the current Chairperson of the Lane County Educational Service District and longtime defender of strong educational programs and health protections for children. |

Tom Kerns, PhD
Dr. Kerns is a semi-retired Philosophy professor at Seattle Community College who teaches online courses, including Intro to Bioethics and Environment and Human Rights. Author of Environmentally Induced Illnesses: Ethics, Risk Assessment and Human Rights (McFarland, 2001). Served as commissioner on the New Zealand People’s Inquiry (2006). Tom is also Executive Director of Environment and Human Rights Advisory and Board member of Concerned Citizens for Clean Air.

Roberta (Bobbi) Lindberg, JD, MS
Bobbi is a retired water quality specialist who maintains her interest in the water quality of Oregon's coastal basins. Her work for the state DEQ began in 1993 after she received an MS degree from OSU's College of Oceanographic and Atmospheric Sciences. Before that, she was a Legal Aid attorney, for 12 years in Lane County, Oregon, and five years directing Micronesian Legal Services' Pohnpei office in the Western Pacific, where she also pursued her dreams of scuba diving and living on a tropical island. |

John was hired in April 2009 as Communications Manager and Business Outreach Coordinator for OTA. He has an extensive background as web & graphics designer and video producer. He has also worked on numerous political campaigns, is a long-time citizen activist for the environment and was one of several co-founders of Oregon PeaceWorks in 1980.

Alison Guzman, hired in August 2010, is OTA’s Community Outreach Coordinator and is coordinating the West Eugene Industrial Corridor Environmental Health Project. She received her BA in International Studies and MA in Ethics, Peace, and Global Affairs with a concentration of Human Rights and Social Justice from The American University in Washington DC. Alison knows five languages including Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Guarani (a native language of Paraguay). Her past experiences include volunteering and working for international organizations in the Caribbean, South America, and South Africa. |
